Wedding enquiries

When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter in the form (names, email, wedding date, location, how you heard about me, Instagram handle and message) or send by email. I use them only to reply and prepare an offer (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

The form is delivered by Web3Forms. I keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact.

Analytics

Only if you click Accept, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to show me how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_WTFCT33DKV (up to 2 years). In Google Analytics, event data is kept for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

If you click Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored only in your browser.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
